The wave of energy renovations in tertiary and residential buildings has finally arrived. It is fuelled by the climate emergency and strongly advocated by public decision-makers. The construction sector and technical bidders must prepare to respond to it. In a round-table discussion at the Leonard Paris Building Beyond festival, Aymeric Tissandier, technical and innovation director for Building Solutions, explained that VINCI Energies was already seeing strong demand for expertise in energy efficiency. The company is working to develop it and is proposing new energy simulation tools, notably through the solutions offered Helios Exchange.
